Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

The item(s) received are damaged, mutilated, or in poor condition.

You received item(s) different from those ordered.

The order was not delivered to the recipient.

If there is a complaint regarding the quality of the product, it will be investigated. If found valid, full refund or replacement will be offered at the customer's choice.

Please Note:

Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment and may take 2-3 additional business days to reflect in your account.

The original shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Discounted products, exempted items, and gift cards are non-refundable.

Cancellation

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Kindly review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
